Hozay's New Year Predictions

The Surprise Party candidate for California gubernor makes his new years' predictions, reveals a culinary error that sent him to the ER and renews his pledge that when he's elected, he will use hard earned taxpayers' dollars to show himself a good time.  Raising taxes in the already highest taxed state in the nation is a foregone conclusion.  No tax increase will be considered too steep, so long as it's used in the service of paying for his over the top lifestyle.
